An “App” is defined as a single endpoint, or connection, to an application or system (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, a custom API). An integration, or a single workflow, requires at least two Apps to connect and transfer data between them. A “Transaction” is a single data record or a call that is processed by your integration.

Your account will not be automatically disabled. Instead, you will be notified when you are nearing your plan’s monthly transaction limit. We offer flexible options to upgrade your plan or purchase additional transactions to cover any overage. For Enterprise plans, overages are handled on a case-by-case basis.
