The client faced a challenge with their eCommerce stores running on Shopify, where customers could create accounts, place orders, and manage inventory. On the backend, they were using AX2012 for adding new products, viewing customer orders, creating shipments, and managing inventory. However, as the client revamped their Shopify stores, they encountered the complex task of automating the data synchronization between the stores and AX2012.
