All Together Enterprise needed real-time sync to replace error-prone manual entry across Amazon, Shopify, and Business Central.


All Together Enterprises (ATE) is a manufacturing and distribution firm in the state of Utah, which deals with high end textile products in both retail and wholesale. ATE brands have various trusted brands such as Body Linen which serves spa and massage linens, OsoCozy which serves infant cloth diapers, and LeakMaster which serves the healthcare adult incontinence solutions segment. As their orders, SKU-s and customer needs became more complex they needed a robust backend system to integrate with their ERP- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Their failure to improve the integration of their online stores to ERP caused significant lagging as the company expanded. The FBA/FBM orders were not being managed properly, there was no continuity in pricing between different platforms and there were issues in the stock alignment which was adding on to the customer experience. Their legacy system could not handle the order returns, inventory update between kits and simple items, and control of multi-store in Shopify.
Folio3 used the Burq iPaaS to complete the integration of Amazon and Shopify into Business Central. It addressed the synchronization of items, order processing (FBA, FBM), bank transfer of deposit, pricing, and handling returns in a realty. A special logic was adopted in order to adhere to simple and kit based inventory. All Together Enterprise got centralized control and harmonious operations as the multiple shops of Shopify used the same platform.

The orders were no longer manually handled, the inventory was accurate, and the data across the stores was consolidated- which enhances strategic decision making.
